It was a tool for monitoring customer satisfaction, Net Promoter Score, and the performance of the support team.

The initial task was to compare the RateUs product to competitors. A competitive landscape study led to a 6-month business and product plan.
With 6 months of runway funding, it was important to execute the product plan quickly and cheaply.
Improvements included an onboarding UI, a brand guide, and a simple product website.
The competitor review revealed how much our feature set was lacking. To close this gap we developed a data export tool and user permission controls.
